Creepy German accent with strange breathing.
Just let her talk while she does it!
BUG WALKS ON CAMERA AT 8:38!
04:45 cradling her leg baby
holy fuuuuck i wish. i got a lot of stretching to do to accomplish what she
just did !
Sorry but this guy reminds me of Major Arnold Thoht – the Gestapo villain
in Raiders of the Last Ark.
Just let dear Aruna talk as she goes along.
I love your videos, but I don’t know if I can keep watching them. Aruna is
so beautiful it’s distracting! It’s not just her looks, either. She simply
radiates inner beauty as well.
Dont flap your knees it ruins your muscles
This video is simple and to the point and is exactly the method used by my
own teacher whom I respect very much. Thanks
A good video, the only thing i wouldve liked to have seen is some advice on
how often to practice and how long each stretch should last. I’m all tight
from weight lifting, so i think it will take months.
youth is wasted on the young
Love your video’s! Thank you both for the good examples and explenation!
Lol so do I it’s a amazing goal I’ve already try it twice n I feel a
difference in my posture I kinda like it!
even how she sits at the beginning… i just can’t turn my feet down like
that :O
Perfect video! Informative, patient, and very helpful. Aruna is very
flexible; I’m just trying not to bust up my knees. Thank you so much. :)
Nice video very informative
Awesome video thanks so much
She is so so hot
Thank you for creating this video, I found it to be very helpful. I have
been practicing Yoga regularly for almost a year now but I still am unable
to sit in full lotus position. I am sure that theses stretches will help
me to achieve my desired goal much sooner.
i just came
How much is “young enough”?
Thanks ! Wonderful Video.
dam….was hoping to find a cameltoe
That thang is phat!!!wow..
wonderful runa but very difficult. It gets easier after many times?
i am very driven to achieve a strong lotus pose. what is the maximum number
of seconds per stretch in this series, and what is the maximum times per
day it can be repeated? thankxssxs
I have been trying to do a full lotus for a long time and played this video
once and can now do it! Thank you so much. Hopefully soon I will be able to
stay in the position for longer periods of time. x
NO she’s pretty. I’m trying to meditate and stop thinking!
How long would it take to achieve this kind of flexibility for an
overweight, medium build 30 year old male with no exercise history and
struggles to bring the feet together and close to the body for the
butterfly position?
I followed this video twice today and both times it hurt like hell during
and after but I am determined to loosen up and improve my state of health
because my condition robbed me of my 20’s and I don’t want a repeat this
decade.
How often should this be attempted for someone who never stretches or
exercises or anything? I’m thinking twice a day for one day then one day
off then on then off until it feels more comfortable to attempt daily.
I also plan to change my diet and start doing cardio exercises, I don’t
need to cut out poisons as far as I know. I have stopped drinking
fluoridated tap water for almost a year now and only drink verified spring
water. I also never drink anything with aspartame or caffeine
I can’t even sit cross legged properly. Fuck. This is gonna take me years
of practice.
Thx for the video. Simple and well explained, just what I was looking for.
wauuu !
I tried the full lotus and my back is fucking crippled
Love your video’s! Thank you!
So if I practice on these exercises daily, would I see progress and finally
pull of the lotus position?
gjfgj
you will make people hurt themselves. after a certen age this kind of
extreme flexing the limbs can cause serious injury.
Thanks for this. I’ve never been very flexible and have long wanted to sit
lotus style. But the real reason I’m grateful for this video is because the
first stretch, the butterfly, has cured me of chronic back pain I’ve
suffered from for 20 years. Thanks very much and namaste!
Thanks for posting !
9:50 cockroach right side lol.
I want to eat her fat pussy lol
Thanks for this instruction. It has been a goal of mine to meditate in full
lotus posture. Hopefully, with practice, this will make my big stubborn
legs flexible enough for this meditation posture. Nameste.
6:40 her eyes are rolling in the back of her head…. jeeze is it TRHAT
relaxing?
die Spinne hat sich ganz langsam vorbeigeschlichen.
how long should one wait before progressively moving to the next step?
Namaste.
thank you for the video. Do you have any other exercise for opening hips?
as i have many difficulties with the first position in your video. my knees
are very high up to the floor and if im trying to push them down they hurt,
so i was wondering if there are any other exercises. I would be gratefull
for youe answer.
I want to marry this girl
