In this episode we remove the side panel to expose the work we did on the rear bulkhead using it as a mold. We continue to fix the front of the bulkhead as well as start fixing the back. After that we tear down the front clamshell and start repairs on it.

I walk in. Jack the car up. Then I'm done. Totally bored.
is there something wrong with me for enjoying these eps.
A little tip, use clear packaging tape instead of painters tape when fibreglassing. It wont stick to the slick surface.
I do that when I make fibreglass subwoofer enclosures to contour to the carpets in trunks
Watching this series again, and that speech hit home. I'm going to keep on working on my Aztek, making it into a light off road SUV. Thank you Chris
This makes me want to go fiberglass everything I see.
i am your fan, and you are doper awesome , can i get a HELLO from you (^-^)
I totally agree with all the motivational stuff! I do body work all day at work and then come home and need to do body work on my project car when all I want to do is relax. but its the dream and the vision that u just have to keep in ur head and to keep urself going. and its crazy that no matter how much I don't feel like like working on it, if I push to just get started on something then u get in the groove and its hard to stop.
GOD I CANNOT WAIT UNTIL THIS CAR IS DONE HOLLY SHIT ITS GONNA BE COOL!!!
Great pep talk in the middle of the video. Couldn't be more accurate.
nice, credit for your 8 min speech!
this is by far my favourite channel on youtube π
I love this series.
I would have a gun in my mouth if I had to do that much fiberglass work
You need a smooth surface if you want the fiberglass and resin to release. Aluminum tape is great for that.
