Probably the hydraulic fan solenoid. Your fan is only working on slow speed
right? That means it’s the solenoid. This is the part # XW4Z-3783-CA. You
can get it on ebay for $130
Did it fix the problem.? I’m having electrical issues with mine my
headlights and fog lights won’t turn on they use to now I drive with my
high beams all the time. Blinding people
Not yet. I’ve just put on a new belt and that hasn’t solve the problem.,
I’m about to change the water pump. So in the meantime I Drive with the
hood released to let the hot air escape from the engine and a bring cooler
air in. And I put the heater on full blast through the vents.
That was the problem the first time I changed it. I just replaced it again.
That fixed it. Napa auto parts store gave me a faulty bottle the first
time. No cap was able to screw on the bottle right. Now the cap makes a
clicking sound on the new bottle when tightened like it should.
I will check it out thanks
You can pop in an electric fan instead of the hydraulic. I’ve not done
this, but it is easy to find.
Don’t buy the Doorman crap, they have all kinds of issues. You’ll likely
have to replace it again. If you do, buy OEM, it is worth it.
Thanks. I appreciate the information. I’m going to check it out

cheapest way to go.

Check your degas bottle, it’s most likely cracked.
