Hope that isn't a dorman replacement intake. Looks like it is. I made that mistake once, Ford part was backordered so I didn't have much of a choice. Then over the next year I had to warranty it 5 times before the customer decided they were over it and they sold the car. A few heat cycles and those things crack. Chinesium garbage

Typical Plastic Age Deterioration issue. Did lotsa FoMoCo, Buick 3.8 manifolds, GM vortec gaskets on aging vehicles til 2014 'Retired'

No torque wrench on that intake manifold bolts? Big mistake
And on the left rear side of the intake there's a water port for a hose get rid of that janky plug and put a real clamp on it
