How To: Replace Wiper Motor! 2002 Lincoln Town Car

In September 2019, the original windshield wiper motor finally died in my 2002 Lincoln Towncar. I barely had enough time to replace it, and get back to work, so I didn’t have a chance to record anything on camera.
Now in June 2020, the “new” wiper motor just died again!
So luckily, there was a lifetime warranty on it from Auto Zone. So I took my 2011 Harley Sportster Nightster up to Autozone to swap it out.
I got back home, and remembered that I need to at least get the reassembly recorded, which is opposite from taking it apart.
So I will finally show you here, how to swap out the windshield wiper motor. I hope this will help you, or someone you know, that you can share this with.
It’s not the hardest thing to replace, but it can be time consuming when Ford uses twice as many parts to do one thing. Plus you have to pry off the wiper arms.
Hopefully this will last me longer than 6-8 months, I don’t like swapping these things out.

Welp I'm getting fired. It's raining all this week, and no way I'm gonna be able to buy the part and replace it in time. That lil motor is a nightmare

How did you take the wiper arm, do you need a special tool for it ? Thanks for the video.
