In this video i will show you how to replace the alternator of a Lincoln Navigator, but this procedure is basically the same for all Ford 4.6, 5.4 liter engines.

I have great news, and also thank you so much for the vid it really help me. but what I was saying is that you don't have to remove fan shroud and clutch (just disconnect right top radiator hose) cause you able to wedge it out and in on the right side (backwards) and did the complete job in about 2 hrs also watch out for coolant spilling out on belt that will make a loud whine for a couple days slowly disappearing
