Alex M says:

what about seeing if your spool gun nozzle is between 0.375″ and 0.827″ and
just use aluminum tig rod?

YellowBird1980 says:

Why should I pay $100.00 for this kit when I can buy an actual stud welder
for that at Harbor Freight? It comes with a puller/slide hammer and studs
to start.

Eastwood Company says:

Mig Stud weld nozzle fits Tweco or Binzel Nozzles with O.D. ( outside
diameter) from 0.375” (9.5mm) to 0.827” (21mm). Thanks for watching!

I’m using a Millermatic 212 with a Miller M-25 gun (not tweeko). Will this
work with my setup?

adam699 says:

This is great, but I already have a stud welder for metal. It would be
awesome if you could use it with aluminum pins with your spool gun kit to
work on aluminum cars. You would probably sell way more of these.
