hi, I just found your videos. I am interested in Lincoln LS because my son
has a 2002 LS v8. He’s been learning how to do work on it, from Youtube
videos. Thank you for the videos you are posting. Lots of great
information. they seem easy to follow. May I suggest a mechanic for you to
watch, Scotty Kilmer. My son has learned enough from his videos that he was
able to change valve cover gaskets, front brakes, and strut springs on all
4 wheels. Just put Scotty Kilmer in youtube search box. He was helpful to

On the kick panel on the passenger side is yet another fuse panel, so 3 in
this car all total. There was a starter motor relay fuse was blown, 5 amp.
Code came up as 204, the number for the fuse in the panel was #24, not sure
if the code 204 is 20 for twenty, then 4 obviously for 4, but no problems,
replaced the fuse and away she went, thanks for your input , Dennis

Mine is a 2000, not sure about kill switch. Did 4 different theft stop
remits, still nothing. made sure no pins on back of cluster were bent over
and all 3 plugs from wire harness can only go in 1 place each ??????
Totally baffled, mine bud is a mechanic and going to use a scanner today to
check to see wtf, later man.
Hey man im doing the gauges right now and the leds have 2 lower prongs that
are preventing them from going in the cluster. Did yours have this issue? I
could get them in but id have to force them. Let me know…
Yep Def will be doing this to my linc. 2 questions what kind of deck do you
have installed also where do you get up lights ordered from?
Same cluster, only new bulbs. I did not disconnect battery before I pulled
cluster out, now ecu thinks car is being stolen, going to have it towed to
buds shop.
Tried to disconnect battery, reinstall cluster, waited 30 mins to reconnect
battery, still no go, f—-n computer bull shit

cool vid… probably should change the batteries in your smoke alarm before
you change the lights in your dash.
Did you have a problem restarting your car after you put cluster back in
i failed inspection because the check engine light bulb wont lite. they say
its the bulb.. ill give this a try to change it.

harder than this. Couple things! 1) why does the ac not need any resistors?
2) wouldn’t the tint idea, like on the instrument cluster work for the
temperature numbers??

Yes The Needles Still Light Up But Becuase The White Light Is Very Bright
It Makes It Look Like That.
It’s not hard at all, all you have to do is puch the little plastic in the
middle of the plug and then pull.
Looking good, overall its a lot of hours but looks good.
How much would u charge me to do this to my cluster ill pay the shipping
but how much would u charge to do the job I hate working with clusters have
bad luck I seem to break the needles..?
