We currently do not have an auto repair video that shows the location and repair of this relay. If you have a Chiltons or Haynes manual for the car, it should be in there. 1aauto.com 888-844-3393
oh i forgot to tell you its an 88 town car model =)
The relays are all under the hood in the fuse panel. You should consult your owners manual for the correct one.

There should be an inner tie rod end that the outer one connects to.
Is there an inner tie rod or is that called the adjustment sleeve?
