Thanks a whole bunch for this video. My IS300 brakes just started making
noise so I plan to attempt to change my own front brake pads next week.
Never did it before but with this Video i think i can accomplish it 🙂

months because of youtube’s stupid change. It’s all done and well now, I’m
embarrassed to admit this after spending almost 2 years in mechanic college
but I forgot the handbrake was on =P School boy error as they say, glad
it’s out of the way, I’m loving the car so much.

Thanks. Very nice video. I would recommend to only loosen the cap of the
brake fluid reservoir, but not remove it completely. This will invite dust
to the brake fluid, also the fluid absorbs moisture will affect the braking
efficiency.
yes… this is unique cool feature for luxury cars only… most of the
other brake jobs that i perform on MAZDA DODGE HONDA SUZUKI didn’t have
this in brakes…

it’s front or rear disks….??? if front heet harder they should come
off… if rear try to apply emergerncy brakes and then release and then
heet the disks with the hammer should come off as well…
you using metal or rubber mallet ?
Hello, thanks for the videos but I need some help badly with the discs, I
can’t get it off, there’s no locating screws holding it on(two holes) I
give it a tap with a hammer but it’s barely moving. Can someone help please.
