Thanx man for the video, saved me lots of money!! Do u knw if we could use led bulds for driving lights or do they make HID bulbs that could be replace for the stock bulbs… do not like the dull looks of driving lights..
Oh I’m sorry for taking the time and trying to help you out, ungrateful prick. FYI those scratching sounds you hear are the camera lens focusing.
fyi don’t f***ing make a video with scratching sounds in the background retard***
I REALLY appreciate you making this perfect and to the point video. Just replicated, and all went perfect! Kudos!!
Really helpful, thanks
It could be the ballast but in my case it was just a bulb issue. For the HIDs the igniter goes out so in my case the bulb would come on and then slowly dim until it was completely out. I got my bulbs on eBay (8k D4s bulbs for $25 for the pair) which was about $50 less than Autozone or Advance Auto-parts. Good luck!
I have an 07 is250 – what bulbs would you recommend I use for replacement? My driver side has burned out. Is it always a bulb or could there be another issue?
No problem Matt. Glad I could save you some money. I was quoted $450 to replace the spark plugs so a Video on replacing the spark plugs is coming soon.
Christopher, thank-you very much for posting the video. The last time I put the wife’s car in for a headlight change, the dealership charged almost three hundred dollars for the bulb and the labour cost involved replacing it..Highway robbery. This time, bulb costs about $50 through amazon and labour – free. Thanks again for putting extra money in my pocket as opposed to the dealerships.
Thanks for the comment. Glad the video helped.
Thanks bro, best video I’ve seen yet on how to replace the bulbs! I’ve upgraded mine to 6500’s.
