Run distilled water through it and drain it out, do it again if you are really anal. Then put back in 50/50 toyota coolant and distilled water. Car’s can cool on water but you don’t want it running in there all the time rusting, evap, etc etc.
So if you run water through it for a little while then you don’t have to drain the engine block?
And the last question, what cable to connect it with my IS

It’s a full stand alone Megasquirt ECU, I use TunerStudio software for just about everything instead of the stock ECU, mostly because of Forced Induction Turbo
