it could be poor connection between in wire harness maybe you losing ground somewhere … you will need to remove the bumper and inspect all wire harness for any damaged wire////
i think that i forced my second fog light to come out after 2 screws was removed i couldn’t pool him out just right away… the first one almost fell of after 2 screws was removed..
if you got one of your fog light out by removing 2 bolts you should be able to take out the second one as well try to use a large flat screw drive to force fog light out a little bit … he stuck because of high temperatures maybe he melted bumper plastic…
I got one of mine out. But the other one I couldnt pull the whole fog light out so i couldnt see the wire, im tempted to yank it but i feel like it would just pull the whole wire out. how do i disconnect the fog light when i cant reach the wire? Did lexus just not make the wire long enough?

there is only 2 mounting screws for this fog ligt it’s for sure..
the fog light suppose to came out.. after you removed 2 screws… try to use flat screw driver and to force it a little bit..
