Those top two rings are your pre-load when you lowered it you made your suspension spongy you will notice that your car squats a lot when you hit the gas. Your suppose to doing the entire tube to your desired ride height by measuring the distance from the very bottom ring to the two rings on top.
It’s your first install so I’m not mad at you but adjusted that preload ASAP or your shocks will blow prematurely

By any chance did those bushings for the rack and pinion fix the play in the steering wheel? My Sc has that 10 to 2 play in the steering also.

you adjusted preload in the front not the height now the car is gonna ride like shit and youll blow your struts and then bitch about the fact that the coils suck
