I created this video as a REAL step-by-step guide on how to remove, replace, change, or upgrade the standard “luxury grill” that comes installed on all (2006-2013) non-F-Sport Lexus IS250 and IS350 models. In this video I upgraded my grill to an F-Sport grill!
*** Things I forgot to mention in the video: I removed the weather-strip clips that were stuck in the car using the needle-nose pliers and then pushed them back into the rubber weather-strip by hand.

I needed to fix my hood latch and found your video helpful with the comments about pulling with pressure on the grill tabs, I was about to give up for fear of breaking. All turned out well.
