Absolutely the best guide to HD steering bar fitting I’ve ever seen …
absolutely smashing job Chris!

On a side note … you don’t half like your copper slip don’t you…
lashings and lashings of the stuff… feels good! lol

JUDGERAMBO says:

That guard looks thick for a steel piece , was it difficult to install ? or
is it lighter than it looks.

TdrSld says:

nice kit, only thing I can say is that the HD Drag and Track rods meed
machine flats meld in. so you can use a 24mm or some other size wrench to
turn when you need to align it.

G dizzle says:

hi there please can you let me know what the track rod end tool is called?
thanks

+Land Rover Toolbox Videos , did you do a rebuild video of a series 3
gearbox yet? I am needing to do one soon 🙁

I’ve had a few Land Rovers and a Range Rover and done loads of work myself.
I’m now at college doing all this stuff and so far I have a merit and a
distinction. The frustrating thing is the government has cut all next years
funding so we now ether go into dept or scrap our dreams. I’m afraid I have
to abandon mine and go back into dead end engineering jobs. No boss other
than a garage boss is going to give me one day a week release so I can
attend college. Dam system stinks. Thanks Cameron. UKIP now has my vote.
