I did this very same thing to my Transfer Case on a 92 Range Rover. About 2 months of heavy off roading and the chain started jumping again. The sprockets were not changed and I thought maybe that was why it started jumping again. I never took it apart again the chain cost me $280.00, I ended up putting in a gear to gear (LT230) transfer case out of a Disco for $300.00. Problem resolved forever!!!!
