Just wondering why you are using the Liqui Moly ATF 1800 as opposed to a power steering specific fluid? I know that some BMW's with the ZF transmissions have the LG6 ( ZF fluid ) listed as the recommended for both PS and transmission. But I have not read anything in the LR3/4 world about using the ATF over CHF11 or CHF202. Love the videos !

Hello, want suggest You modification – cut an oil filter into return line, there are some specially made for power steering lines, mine I've used on my LRD3 is Mapco, partnum 29990, it's filter with magnet, exchange rate is 60-100k kilometers.

Love your content and humour, great informative videos, like that you utilise your engineering skills to manufacture bits and tools to suit the application. Keep your great videos coming

Probably a stupid question. If I have a slight leak in the system, is it okay to top it up after driving and engine is still hot?
Or better to let it cool down a few hours first?

Thank you for your great LR3 videos's guy's, from an Aussie and I must say, I love how you throw in Australian 'dig' occasionally 🙂 I am currently installing air horns on my LR3. Are you able to possibly do a video on how you would wire up an aftermarket accessory, such as an air horn or light bar or spot lights, where you require a switch in the cabin and the accessory is in the engine bay or mounted externally like spot lights would be. I have struggled to find a way to safely run a wire through the fire wall of my LR3. Thanks again from Auz <3
