land rover discovery 2 spark plug wire change.
i put this video together for everybody that wants to save a trip to the mechanic and save a bundle of cash by fixing your land rover discovery 2 yourself.
it took us a while to change the spark plugs and wires however it was worth it compared to what i would have had to pay the land rover dealer.
this is also a good video to show you how to get to the land rover discovery 2 coil pack.

I thought s ford Tarsus was bad. This shit is Makin me dizzy F that. Do customers no this ahead ?BC if so itz insane.But I get both u can do it itz not easy n then ppl r like no plenum comes off.
Another thing, I DID replace the wires without removing the plenum. It was everything you can imagine it being.
I'm used to working on things you can actually half way work on… these are, as I previously stated.. a Night. Mare.

just did a plug and a wire change yesterday on my 04. I did not have to take the plenum off nor the vacuum cylinders (or whatever they are on the sides). just had to move to wire harness and take out the pipe behind the plenum. definitely wasn't fun but screw what the shops want to charge. she runs like a top now
instead of popping the metal clip off of the coil plug, just push it in and the plug slides right off. I thought it had to be pulled off with a screw driver too but nope, it's made to be pushed in to unlock the plug.
screw this!!
Jeez … what a pain in the ass to get to the coil packs.
