It was the first problem I had when I got my 90 a few years ago. Connection on ECU was full of oil. Fitted new loom like you, but it took ages until the oil stopped at the ECU, from the main loom. I make checking the connector part of my service plan. Thanks nice video.
Yes but the oil travel’s between the copper wire and the insulation so yes this might slow it down but won’t stop it completely
