My friend Ian brought over his 2006 Land Rover LR3 so I could help him replace the front lower control arms and replace the brakes. Thanks for watching!

Good Idea with the paint for the alignment bolts. I always marked them with
a small marker, paint is a way better idea
Hello
You are a good friend for doing such hard work on a very hot couple of
days. Funny how these kind of things always need repair when its 90 plus..
Take Care..
Why do I find myself holding my breath every time you are using the torque
wrench? LOL!
Nice job!
Dont you just hate when that happens? Im glad we dont have the rust problem
down here.
Good stuff Carl
Happy 4th
i always liked the rovers….my father talked me out getting one. lots of
them here in ohio are sitting but i think all cars n trucks need work to
keep running..
nice work
rust is always the enemy.
i’m getting ready to tear down my ford 4.2 for head gasket replacement. i
took out the thermostat last fall when it would over heat then stop a few
times. thought that was it. now its doing it again. thinking either water
pump or tension pulley n idler pulley is sticking. belt looks good tho.
haven’t taken it off yet. could be flat spots. radiators not stopped up.
heater hoses i can hear when i squeeze.
