OKAY GIRLS LISTEN UP….
I’ve used a tampon since my very first period, and there are somethings I
hear people saying in the comments that I want to just fix…
1. A tampon should not hurt. In fact, you should not feel anything! To be
honest, when I first used one it was uncomfortable, but then I just removed
it and tried again (with another tampon) and it was fine.
2. TAMPONS WILL NOT MAKE YOUR VAGINA BIGGER!!!! Okay I hear this all the
time and this is so stupid. How do you thing women push babies out of their
vagina and don’t have huuuge vaginas? Vaginas stretch. It’s normal. (Also,
vaginas should be loose during sex because that means the body of the
person is getting itself ready for sex)
3. Don’t worry about putting it in the wrong hole, because a tampon will
not fit in your ureatha (pee hole) so if it fits, you’re probably good.
4. The tampon will not hurt if you pull it out unless you are using the
wrong absorbency and then it won’t really hurt even then. Relax, because
that make it so much easier.
5. You don’t need to take out your tampon every time you pee. It’s in your
vagina, not your pee hole. If you need to, hold the string back so it
doesn’t get wet.

Don’t be scared of tampons. Once you feel the dry, invisible feeling as
opposed to the sit-in-a-bloody-diaper-all-day feeling, you’ll never go back

I think what she meant by the pain when removed is the pain that you get
when the tampon itself isn’t wet/lubricated with blood thus it sticks to
your vaginal walls. It doesn’t always hurt when you pull it out but when it
hasn’t absorbed enough blood then it’s just dry and it sticks. I know that
(going to be personal here) when I put in a tampon and like fifteen minutes
later I’ll need to poop, it’ll hurt to pull it back out because of how dry
the tampon itself is. Anyway, hope that cleared it up a bit.

tampon. And plus. I dont like anything stick in my V

OKAY, LISTEN…1st when you use a tampon, it shouldn’t hurt. if it does
then try with a new tampon. 2nd, please use a tampon from 45 min- 1 hour,
just to be safe so you don’t get Toxic Shock Syndrome ( Toxic Shock
syndrome is very rare). 3rd, Use a pad in between using tampons, like maybe
use 2 tampons then use just a pad so you don’t get itchy. also so the
vagina can kind of clean itself. Finally, your tampon will NEVER fall off
the string. they are designed to not break. they are actually sewn into the

When do you usually start your period? My grandma was 10 when she started

I got my period quite late. I was 14. I am now 16, and I’ve used a tampon
through it all. I am a soccer player, and pads and running doesn’t mix, nor
does swimming, which was my second sport. Obviously, you need to know your
body. Don’t worry about putting it in the wrong hole, because your urethra,
where you pee, is too small to accidentally put a tampon in anyways.

have to go to the bathroom since you’re bladder is right there. Be
confident. Ask your mom if she has any advice for you. Use the smallest
tampon size. Once it is is there you are going to feel like a proud, real,

I know this might be TMI but I’ve only used a tampon once and it was
somewhat of a nightmare. To be fair, we were swimming and doing handstands
and I was using a light absorbency but when I took it out, I had a little
blood on my bathing suit and my tampon with soaked but with really diluted
blood. It looked almost like water. I’m just really scared because this
semester I’m starting gym and for the past few months I’ve been coming to
school with booty shorts on under my school uniform (we have to wear light
khaki pants) but I’m too embarrassed to change in the changing room and
still wear my shorts, so I want to start wearing tampons. The reason I’m
scared to start wearing a tampon is because of the pool incident and also
