I got a pair of the black ones for my 09 gs, it doesnt have traction
control, its a 5 speed, and i need the resistors to get my cruise control
to work again, mine doesnt have the sub woofer or need all the truck panels
removed like this did, just 2 little tab panels inside trunk to remove
screw and then replace the lights.

Damain Kinder says:

Are there reverse lights with the tail lights?

Chris Atkinson says:

Hello! I have a big problems with my 2007 Eclipse,2.4 litres,maby someone
can help me,because where i live is only this model in the city and nobody
can help me.When i start the car,the light is start automatic, but with
less intense. When i start the light button,is more intense in front and
normaly must start and tail light from the round LED ,but start just the
side tail lights, the central round LEDs don’t work. When i push the brake
it light more intense,so LEDs is working. What can i do? I check all the
wires, and fuses and relays, everything is ok.I wonder if i make any
conections between side bulb lights and Round LEDs lights, could work? But
the LED s have very thin wires ,and bulb have more strong, that could make a
short circuit and i’m affraid about that.Another problem is with radio
unit.It don’t work and on the main display appear E DC.I put another cd
player,a regular one ,not special for this car ,and at display appear E
COM.I will be wery greatfull for hwo can help me with this problems,in my
country when i was with my ECLIPSE at Mitsubishi’s representative, they said
it’s first time when they saw that type, so they don’t have any solutions
for me…

Brian Gates says:

I’m thinking about getting these for my 2008 eclipse GS are they brighter
than stock?

Nina Banana says:

I have an eclipse as well and you helped me installed mine by myself. As a
woman i can’t thank you enough for this lol. So now whenever i tell people
i installed them myself i look badass XD So does my car now 😉

44mifu says:

you know alot about cars g, more vids on eclipse please they are very
useful to me!!

bwbearsw says:

That’s happened to me but then it just fixed itself

Rob Zimmerman says:

Nice job Jason.

Hassnain says:

Hey Jason, I believe adding LED tail lights broke my cruise control. I
don’t get any error lights on the dash and I do not have any load resistors
installed. Do you think its the LED lights that caused cruise control
malfunction? I was reading on bunch of forums and LED brake light is
normally the cause. Do you think that adding load resistors will fix this
problem with the cruise control. Are these 6 Ohm 50W resistors?

4GEclipseHowTo says:

both the tail light and headlight are dimmer? sounds like some sort of
electrical issue…. the taillight half circle issue may be a defect in the
taillight.

mat kas says:

I just find out that you don’t actually need load equalizers, just buy some
bumpier clips ( red ones come with equalizers) and just wire them up with
matching colors. for example red goes with red and green goes with green
and works fine in my eclipse.

4GEclipseHowTo says:

glad to hear that Yanina!

4GEclipseHowTo says:

mat im sorry your having trouble with the installation. if the tcl lights
come on about 10 minutes after driving that means you did not install the
equalizers correctly or you have faulty equalizers. you are the only person
that we know of that is having problems with this install, maybe you should
look into having a professional install your lights.

mat kas says:

it does work for few minute and then the traction control light come on
again. I tryined it so long and still not working. waste of time! I am
about put back factory tail lights. besides the factory LEDs brighter than
this crap.

marty dominnguez says:

Looks bad azz!!

bwbearsw says:

Awsome vid would like to see a lip kit installment

Hassnain says:

Thanks so Much for your help. I will order some and try em out

mat kas says:

finally it works, thanks Jason.

AdianBennett1 says:

@ 4GEclipseHowTo I have a 2009 eclipse, and my passenger tail light and
head light are dimmer than the other side. tail light is a half circle
instead of a full. Any idea what the issue may be?

4GEclipseHowTo says:

Yes sir that is EXACTLY why your cruise control does not work. this will
ALSO fix your cruise control! these are 6 Ohm 25-watt but the 6-50 work as
well

Austin O'Donnell says:

Hey Jason quick question! Is there anyway to disconnect the taillights when
the accessory mode is on?

Anthony Blazon says:

I noticed a Az plate, do you install if I have the head and tail lights?

4GEclipseHowTo says:

you have them reversed if that the case, when you push the brake pedal they
should get twice as bright 🙂

bad1686 says:

Do you have any problems with the led always staying on when you have the
headlights on? It makes it look like you are always pushing the brake pedal
bc the leds don’t dim
