This video shows how to quickly replace the three button rubber pad on many key fobs. The one shown is found on various Hyundai i10 i20 i30 ix35 Elantra KIA Cee’d Picanto Rio Soul Sportage models but the same technique works with many Fiat, Ford, Honda, Toyota, VW and Audi Key fobs.

Thank you so much for walking me through this! $6 on Amazon & about 20 minutes of digging every little piece of the old rubber out of the crevices with the tiny flathead screwdriver that came with the two key fob button pads for my 2013 KIA Sportage.
Doing it this way won't keep the rubber pad in for long. You are meant to also remove the small plastic frame (which in your key is broken at the top). You then wrap the new rubber pad around the frame and put it all back in together. This will keep the rubber pad in for longer as it's wedged between the frame and key. Otherwise it just sits ontop of the frame and will eventually come loose and fall out. It's a bit tricky to get the frame out as it's a little fragile but if you do a little bit in each corner it should pop out.
How to order it
Ok but where do I buy the rubber replacement pad. The only thing I can find online is the entire key fob
