hi, was able to remove bulb today withOUT removing whole assy, just need to
have patience 😉 no big deal, just press down on spring and voila

Great tutorial. Got this bulb changed in under 10 minutes. My only change
to this tutorial would be to not worry about the plastic tip you talked
about at 2:20 and that the headlight assembly can be pulled out without
trying to get the plastic tip out of the hole. The assembly just has to be
forcefully pulled out and may need a little prying from a screw driver on
the outside (door side) of the assembly to pull it forward. The plastic
will stay there and the metal rod will pop out.

Yes. it should. So go for it. When you have models only 1 year newer, you
should not worry. If you would have asked me if this would work on a 2010
model, i would say to you that I Do Not Know !!! But a 2004 model should be
pretty similar to a 2003. Good luck with the project. watch the video over
and over , make sure you have all the right tools near by , needed for for
job, and …..Merry Christmas.

@devildoc731 To be honest with you, I had never done it and i do not have
any videos either. If you happen to own a manual that you can purchase at
Autozone it would give you all the steps. It is not impossible, but it
would be confusing tyring to explain it rather than shooting a video. I own
a pontiac grand-prix too, and I have a manual for it and it describes how
to do the adjustment. On the pontiac, 1998 there are 2 spring-loaded screws
that can adjust it up-down and left-right.

Captncrusade says:

thanks. this helped after cussing at my wife’s van. damn Korean
over-complicated bullcrap. why they have to make it so difficult? why not
just twist and pull like all other headlights?

Kamal Sharif says:

Will this work for an 04 too?

SelfReliance4ALL says:

Hi there. I do not know how to do that, because i’ve never had to do it. If
it is really bad you got to have them looked at, but if the lights are
slighly off, i would live with it. I only post videos on issues that come
up on my vehicles. I’ve read this once, that you gotta have 2 things on
headlights adjustment: Flat groung, and it needs to be Dark( either at
night or inside the garage). But you need to put quite somedistance between
the car and the wall, where the lights will be projected on

SelfReliance4ALL says:

The easier way, like I said would be to show you. My advice to you is to
buy a manual from Autozone for a Kia Sedona 2003, and the steps should be
there. I would not even dare touching that on my Kia without having the
manual, so if you decided to do all yourself( and i congratulate you) ,
please buy a manual and it will be one of the best investments. I did a
headgasket job a few months ago on a chevy malibu 2001, and the driver had
a manual for the car as well. Good luck.
