My license plate bulb went out, so I decided to replace it with a pair of 194 LED bulbs I found on Amazon. 194 is the size, or you can find it under 194LL. This video was shot on a 2011 Kia Optima. This should work for most Optimas newer than 2011 (unless your looks different).
