dome lights it does not turn on. Like I mentioned, they only turn on when
you approach the car with the doors locked and the fob in you possession,
when you unlock the doors and when the doors are open.
It’s powered by the dome light, I use the switched ground to give the
dimming effect. The ground line, once you take the dome light down, is the
solid yellow line in the passenger most side wire cluster. It will show a
12v supply when the doors are closed but drop to 0 when opened, or for any
other reason that the dome would be turning itself on. I took the supply
from the 2 red lines next to the yellow line that come together.

Do they come on when your inside using the dome light normally then?
Did you just plug them into a circuit/fuse to match the dome lights? Which
gives it that dim effect? Which circuit/fuse did you use?
