2014 Kia Optima – How to remove the front bumper

I removed the bumper and fender liner today to get an idea of which parts I need to order to re-install a new liner and bumper, due to some road damage.
It’s not very difficult, it just takes some patience, time and tools.
The parts can be ordered from the websites below:

All because some tractor trailer's damn tire retreads coming off! I hit one in my 280ZX years ago, ripped off the front air dam and dented the fender!

This must be pretty common with KIAs. I bumped a dog at 15 mph that ran in frog me. Didn’t hurt the dog but busted my bumper and fender well came out.

Hello. Where did you get that bumper from? And how much was it? If you don't mind md asking. Also did you do a video putting on the bumper brackets?

Perfect sir thank you!

Good job. It pays to have patience and take your time instead of jerking on stuff. I assume you had to get the new bumper painted? Curious what a shop charges to paint one. I have a 2011 Opti I am going to have to do the same. Thanks

I am dealing with this exact same problem on my Kia, it’s nice to be able to see what I have to deal with as far as removing some parts. I would really like to see a follow up video if you were able to do it. Thank you

It’s amazing how much of the car is held together with simple plastic clips.
