does anyone know if you have to install the new track bar brackets because
i really dont feel like drilling just for the lift
could you flex test stock and lifted
Do you need to get a new pitman arm extended for this lift kit?
on the side of the jeep it says 4.0 its a 6cyl
That’s cool it acts like a leveling kit as well 🙂 MOPAR!!!!!
Do you need to mess with brake lines or Amy other things to make this work
Try it with 35s
want to add this to the TJ… anyone running the RC 4inch kit?
The link to this item is located in the video description.
its a good choice
@RoughCountryTV How much for 94’s?
not that i know of. i have the cheaper version of this and i don’t have any
problems
it is possible to have more details about it, there is a lot of people who
are new to the jeep lifestyle
It’s raises the back an inch less because lift kits level the truck and
most vehicles the rear is already sitting higher.
Because naturally most all trucks and suvs come from the factory with a
little bit of a rake.
Yes you can!
My TJ rides this lift….its everything this guy says it is.
Introduce a shock that wont blow in 10000 miles on pavement, or guarantee
it.
can you add a 2″ body lift with this 4″ suspension lift?
so how hi would i have to go to put on a set of 44s
u have to drill like 3 holes but it is no big deal as long as u double
check to make sure they r the right size and location
i just dont see why you drilled the first hole where the upper control arm
goes
I put the 2.5″ kit in my TJ. It works very well. Also Rough Country is
excellent A+++++ to work with after the sale. Had a minor shock issue and
they resolved it quickly and without hassle. One phone call, talked to a
live human being who was knowledgeable and problem solved. As for me, RC
earned a customer for life with their service after the sale.
33 would travel really well. 35s would fit and you would still get flex but
it would trash the fender wel.
what about pitman arm
4 cyl or 6?
thats a full kit right hopefully getting that by next summer getting my
license soon
It is possible. Just be sure to read the instructions first, make sure you
have all the right tools, and take your time with each step.
So this this kit will raise my TJ 5.5″ not 4″?
@clownysoxlos13 A tow truck.
Where could i buy this
does it come with a pitman arm
We do! I will send you a link to the product page for it.
This kit will work for both
anyone install the 4″ x-flex version? how long was your install time im
starting tonight and have saturday wide open
@CnRDirt even then, lifted jeep where i live means you get pussy 😛
I just ordered my 4′ suspension lift. It stated that it was 100% bolt on.
In this video you had to drill some holes. Is that what I am going to have
to do?????
I have a 97 Jeep Wrangler Sahara 4×4 4.0Lv6 5speed Standard is their
6”inch lift for this jeep
can i put this suspentions on a YJ wrangler 1994?
i thought all these kits were “NO CUTTING, DRILLING, OR WELDING” required
What’s the biggest tire I could use on this 4 inch lift?
Awesome. You guys made it look easy. Only thing I didn’t like was the
crappy after picture from that low angle. Plus a general lack of after
shots.
you guys need to make a 4.5 inch lift for a 95 grand cherokee
well buy the 3 inch for my xj soon
This lift is made or pavement princesses. No sway bar discos and no flex
joints in the arms
That’s why the Transfer Case drop is there. You can still have vibes though
in your driveline. Usually 4″ and up, it’s suggested to get a SYE.
i dont think so. never heard of anybody having to do that
just get either 1.25 or just 1″ body lift
We do have a 6″ lift for the 97-06 Jeep Wrangler for sale on our website.
they suggest 33s but i think 35s would fit im trying to find out the same
thing!
