The Rock Slide Engineering Tailgate Table features a large, two-tiered table that attaches to your Wranglers Tailgate to give you extra workspace than can be used for a variety of takes like tailgating or making a trail side vehicle repair. It folds down into a very compact package that doesn’t eat up the cargo space in the back of your Wrangler, and is compatible with both the 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK and the 2018+ Jeep Wrangler JL. Installation into the Wrangler JL is a simple bolt on procedure, while minor drilling is required for the 07-18 Wrangler JK with the included self tapping screws.

Installed this unit on a JLUR and it rattled loudly on the road. I had to add additional silencer dots to all of the panel touch points. I also had to add soft spacers across the lower end of the back of the table to keep it from vibrating like a tuning fork. My hacks have quieted it considerably but no one should have to do all this additional work to make a $250 add-on function as it should out of the box. Not impressed with all of the oversights in this design.
This would be a lot more attractive if it didn't have those star cutouts on the side.
Is the shelf suitable for installation on the Rubicon 2021?
I can see a lot of metal bottle caps scattered throughout the land since that bottle opener drops those caps straight down. Nature thanks you.
This is a great table that installs easy and looks looks and works great installed but fare warning it rattles pretty bad just driving down the road, when folded close. The magnet is not enough to secure it. When closed, the sides rattle against the bottom shelf when folded up as well as top rattles against the sides when folded closed.
The top lid needs molle slots

I've had one for about a year. Love it. Very sturdy. I did use a couple self tapping screws on the bottom for my JLUR. Only complaint is does occasionally rattle.

What is to stop the sides from rattling when it is in the closed position and driving off road?
