So expensive….

Ben Dover says:

What size tires and lift is on this Jeep? I want to get tube fenders for
mine with no lift and 30″ tires but I’m not sure it would look right and I
can’t find any pictures of it. Thanks

MrJoshItIs says:

Is the inner portion unfinished aluminum? If so could we use a
self-etching primer to paint them or is there some finish on it we’d have
to remove first?

Tmstar5 says:

Hey bud did those lights come with your metal cloaks fenders. The small
ones next to your hood latch.

Metalcloak says:

Honestly, with our fenders, you could easily run 33s with No Lift. However,
running 2.5″ would be all you need for maximum tire clearance. On our TJ we
run 37’s with 3.5″ of lift.

Metalcloak says:

$599 for the full replacement fender, $229 for the 4″ flare that bolts onto
the full replacement fender.

DjTORRHEK says:

Not cutting needed? Like smittybilt or poision spyder? If so that exactly
what I’m looking for!

gldsmith61 says:

Great vid , now I think I can do it !! Thanks

nico hardin says:

Do I have to make two different purchases to put on these fenders?

Metalcloak says:

Yes, there is enough room between the fenders to fit the V6. It will be
tight overall, as you know, but the fenders will not be a problem.

nico hardin says:

do i have to make two different purchases to put on these fenders?

Metalcloak says:

James, that is correct. These are FULL replacement fenders. Many customers
unbolt their old fenders and resell them. In your case, you can unbolt them
and trash them. You won’t need any part of your original fenders.

rayaboomboom says:

Great Job! You better sign that wrench up!

repr26 says:

Tight fit is a fact of life with a jeep. As long as I can shoe horn in
enough power to turn those 38’s I’m going for. Or maybe 40’s, Tire size is
going to depend on wether or not the procomp lift can handle full width
axles. It’s going to be an amazing jeep, or a spectacular failure. Either
way, it will be BIG!

Metalcloak says:

We used to carry those as our standard marker lights. You can find them on
eBay or other sites like that.

Metalcloak says:

Yeah, wish I had access to that stuff when I was his age. He had access to
good tools, but still did it all on his own. (Including the video – yeah,
someone held the camera for him, but I think that’s allowed 😉 – Matson

Andrew Powell says:

What are those lights on the fenders? Some sort of fog or marker lights.
Not the turn signals.

nico hardin says:

How much would it be for the 4 inch arched on just the front? 250? Or 500?

Mitch Warnez says:

Did u get 4″ or 6″ flare?

Metalcloak says:

Yep, no need to cut your inner fender at all. Just un-bolt your stock
fender and install your full replacement Metalcloak fenders.

gldsmith61 says:

WOW!! That guy did a great job.

repr26 says:

Samuel sure does seem to have a large shop and a lot of high endair tools,
for a sixteen year old with not a lot of shop experience.

joe Preciado says:

Good job buddy, can you do mine?

nico hardin says:

repr26 says:

I love these fenders. And have pretty much settled on them for my build. I
want to replace the 2.5L on my YJ with a 4.3L chevy V6. My question is,
will the 4.3L fit between the metal cloak inner fenders?

Mitch Warnez says:

Arched or overline? Last one
