Mike McMullen says:

Ok . first you shouldn’t use a chrome socket on an impact gun. Research it.
I stopped watching the horror show after you mangled e- brake cable and you
have a gun on your belt to remove an axle, WHY ?

Nolan Wirth says:

My Glock 17 will do the job

WranglerstarDIY says:

yes I was 30 seconds away from using it.

brandonbriggs says:

I so want that bumper sticker! Time to put a dana 60 in. Great video Cody.

TheNHMe says:

just guessing, but I imagine you might have done this once before.

John says:

Could you make a video on choosing the right jeep for farm work, general
tasks and bug out stuff? I just moved to Virginia and I’m trying to decide
on a jeep but I don’t know if I should go with a wrangler or some Cherokee?

TheMimeChef says:

Don’t buy a Jeep, My wife bought a liberty from new in 05 it was a lemon,
towed three times in the first year .In the end it nearly killed her in a
multi roll over.

outdoorsmen49 says:

i feel like this channel is going to save me a lot of money

morammo says:

On the emergency brake cable retaining clip, you can slip a small hose
clamp over it and, snug it just enough to pull in the locking fingers.

saltwaterking79 says:

Doesnt have to be broke for improvements.

WranglerstarDIY says:

yes Snap-on is the best. It had better be is 4 times the price.

judoguy33 says:

Any tricks one needs to know for installation of the new one? Really good
video. I’m about to put a new complete rear axle on my 98 tj. Took it to
the mechanic and I think he is on glue, he wanted $2,370 for the job.
Thanks. Oh, nice side arm. I’m kinda partial to my S&W M&P .40 though.

WranglerstarDIY says:

none its just going to be parted out.

deanschool says:

digging the gun you carry! is that snapon ;P i heard its snap on’s glock
edition IMPACT gun or something…

laxdude77 says:

Why dont u use impacts?!? I saw at least twice you using chrome sockets!!

mondays89 says:

I like the bumper sticker.

YokoWenis says:

Nice ending

SHTF Gear says:

Damn it, I have everything except the glock 26. Guess I need to go to the
gun store before I start my axle swap 🙂

wildcat19671 says:

snap on there is a difference

neolexington says:

Will a CZ 40P work?

Mopardude says:

The bumper sticker on that Jeep was Epic!

WranglerstarDIY says:

yes the Glock 22 will do just fine

GrandsonofKong says:

Mrs. Wranglerstar and my wife must compare notes becasue mine says the same
thing!

Darren King says:

How about a Glock 22? Great video. Is the rear end for a project vehicle?

iMarc518 says:

Great video, thanks for posting. Hope you find all of those screws. S&W M&P
40c Compact works well too.

CPLBSS88 says:

what about a glock 19…all i have is a glock 19, will that work or do i
need to buy a 26? I think I better buy one just to be safe :>

watrocket says:

For those prongs on the emergency break cable, couldn’t you make a tool
that looks like a Life Saver, or just modify a washer to slip over the free
end that will compress those tabs allowing you to then push it through?
Even use a deep socket??

MobsterNine says:

good vid.

RESISTCONTROL2 says:

whats the value of the d-44 $ ?

deanschool says:

hell yeah! im in the same boat right now with an 04 rubicon!

WranglerstarDIY says:

I use normal sockets. I dont like impacts they are to bulky

norris63 says:

great video. but it makes me wonder, is there any skill that you’re not
great at? you seem to be pretty good at just about everything .

TheEgoblitz says:

Impact sockets are thicker and they’re made from softer metal so they don’t
shatter from the impact, look out for you eyes ~o Thanks for the vid, I’ll
be doing the same thing to my 06 Jeep soon, going to Dana 60’s.

Erik22552 says:

Sometimes the only backup I have available is the Illudium PEW-36 Explosive
Space Modualtor Anti-B disintegrating gun. Good for those hard to reach
places, and wabbits! LOL Great video!

saltwaterking79 says:

Agreed. Way too much plastic. Jeep lost it after 07 when the JK came out IMO

slant6guy says:

Wranglerstar…what happened to that awesome Jeep Rubicon? It’s not even 10
years old? *It’s trashed!* You get it for parts or something? Why do you
need a Glock to remove an axle? Good video BTW as this tells me what to
expect if I were to someday remove the 2003 Wrangler Sport axle I got
here…thank you.

thebjgj2 says:

That snap-on impact is the best, its light and has lots of grunt.
