Picked up a Uniden from the local CB shop and installed. I’m pretty happy with this, even though its really just a temp mount. It will do till the market catches up. No new holes drilled, so that’s a positive too. Jeep Wrangler.

John, also is another solution I'm looking at the CB bar from Wayalife on Youtube. I got 2 Corbra 29's I would like to use and he has a good solution.
You know, you have the Aux buttons in that JL. There are 6 wires behind the glove box 2 of them (one hot acc and one hot batt) in the bundle. Didn't have to wire to the battery direct.
I’ve ordered the same CB radio and plan on putting it exactly where you guys did. Did you remove the center console for the mounting bracket at all, or just screwed right into?
Isn’t there power wires that you can tap into in front passenger footwell?

HI John & Jenn, You ought to go by the CB Shop 1 more time and have the SWR's checked & Matched by them. Before you Key it up to much. The Toad….I'll remember that. I'm "Step'n Stone" ever since 1968. My friends called me "Stone" for short.
