todays video i’m going to remove the doors off my Jeep TJ and replace the pins and delrin liners that I purchased from TMR Customs. if you have never had your Jeep tj or wrangler doors off they most likely won’t come off without a fight. My doors were so rusted and the liners had already started to come out.

What a pain in the butt. It's definitely worth the hassle though. Can't wait to hear that motor fire. Your next Jeep trip is going to be a blast.
Not sure what the price of new hinges would have been but might have been quicker. Been here and did this on my E-250 (2000) rear door hinge pins. used an air chisel to punch the fuckers out.

I did those on mine. What a pain in the ass to get them out. Once they're out, it's simple.
