Yea. Don’t take the strap off before the bolt. Don’t forget to take off the hinge bolts, the window frame works a hell of a lot better than the door handle.
And yea don’t tug on the wires. They’re made out of unicorn hair
I just got a Jeep Sahara 4xe 2023 and when I took out the doors off (the vehicle is not in park )indicators appeares and when I shift to N or d it tells me to shift gears . Any idea how to drive on the road with out the car giving you a notification thanks
The Removal video great that’s how easy it really is takes a little more time but the problem was within two days on my 2022 jeep gladiator my battery was completely dead just for me removing the doors what step am I missing?

I modified a sheet rock carry with foam and a strap taking my doors of is so easy now.

On my TJ I open the door, remove the strap and lift. Why have they made it more complicated than it needs to be
This only works for JL, JT, and JLU models
Or if you own a older jeep like me you open the door go down the road hit a big bump and pick up the door on your way back

It’s not that easy when you have a 3” lift with 35’s. Just saying
Sideview mirrors come off with the doors? Doesnt that technically make it illegal for the road at that point?

What about re-installation?
Allot of people have had issues with the wire harness and after installation they can’t lock the doors or use the windows.
It changes from year to year but 90% of jeeps near me are female driven. What's the deal with this?
You forgot the most important part, don’t let the mirror hit the body after you take the strap off unless you want a big old dent.
