I have dealt with this crap from people from California on eBay before they will find something wrong with the item or create something wrong with the item. eBay will side with them and just take some money out of your account if you’re in the Midwest or on the East Coast people from the West Coast can totally get you like that

I would have said no eat a Dick. There's no refunds, and if the part is broken when you get it, you should have paid for shipping insurance.
Give them a option for a cleaning service… they want it clean, make them pay for it

It's a used part he can take it to any machine shop and get it cleaned I'm sorry but I wouldn't have refunded his money

When talking with people send them pictures of the item so that they cannot say “ it’s too dirty”. They’re trying to get free items from you.
