Great Vid! I’m going to be removing both fenders from a parts car and put
them on my rubicon (naturally the front fenders are trashed from wheeling).
This was very helpful, I like how you said what sizes the bolts were.
Thanks for the vid. Happy Jeeping!

On my 00 Sahara those plastic side moldings that run under the doors are
attached on a rail at the top and by screws on the bottom. The metal rail
was actually rivited to the fender and had to be broken/drilled off. Since
yours wasn’t, I didn’t expect mine to, and I couldn’t figure out what it
was stuck on. It took me a few hours to remove the plastic molding because
the nuts for the bolds that hold it on all spun. If you can tell if yours
is rivited, I’d remove that part a day before.

ebay has them for $100. shipped .

I laughed really hard watching this video. “Of course, the last fucking
bolt” LOL “I’m gonna try and fix this by even… ………. ………….
Not too sure” hahahaha Good video man. My 2006 TJ is dented in and is just
a huge eyesore. I’m going to try and just replace it in-kind so your video
was pretty helpful. Thanks.

I’d also remove the fender flares the day before. That and the plastic
molding took most of the time to get off because the nuts spin so you have
to vice-grip them. Both of those can be done ahead of time so you don’t end
up in a time crunch. I’d say overall the passenger fender took a good 6
hrs. The major bolts are easy, its all the things bolted on, wiring that
runs through it, and those darn flares that take forever. Thanks so much
for the video. Did you ever do the driver’s side
