Bob and Tommy from G2 Gears stopped by to show us what’s involved in properly setting up new ring and pinion gears. The job requires some specialized tools and attention to some very tight tolerances. This particular Jeep is a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon with Dana 44 front and rear axles. The process is essentially the same, with some minor differences, on other Jeep axles.
