JamesRockon says:

I actually used this video to get at my recirculating actuator that was broke. Once the speaker is out of the way, it was east work to replace it. Thanks!

Brandon Powell says:

Do U have to run crossover with stock tweeter? Also what speakers are you using and what’s price

Kevin Perez says:

what are the original speakers

Andy U says:

WHAT IS THE HOLE SIZE THERE? I AM CURRENTLY BUILDING A FULL SYSTEM IN MY 2016 JKU AND I BOUGHT KICKER 6.5" 2 WAY SPEAKERS. IT SEEMS THE SOUNDBAR I NEEDED ADAPTERS TO INSTALL THE SPEAKERS I BOUGHT BECAUSE THEY DID NOT HAVE THE LONG EARS LIKE THE FACTORY ONES. I AM ASSUMING THE HOLE IS TOO BIG FOR STANDARD 6.5"
WILL I NEED A SECONS PAIR OF THE ADAPTER RINGS FOR THE DASH OR NO? IT DIDNT APPEAR YOU DID.

dragn20s says:

You did the easy said you should’ve did the driver side much harder

CreativeTypeish says:

What did you do with the old tweeter wires?

Lynn Hancock says:

The tweeter bracket holes are off center, If you turned the bracket 180 degrees would the screws fit in the correct holes?

Rob Warner says:

Do you not plug in the factory wiring any where that was plugged into the tweeter to begin with? In other words, is the only input into the crossover coming from the mid range speakers wiring? Basically, after the new install, the original tweeter wires are left unplugged right?

Thanks!

Lick Wicked says:

How many inches of the stock speaker?

Raymond Chokelal says:

Wanted to see the Driver's side install as well. Good video for the passenger side.

mistagunn says:

No mass loading of the box? No polyfil? Does the increased midbass not "pop" in those boxes? My stock system pops regularly…I am about to upgrade and am worried about that. Stock Jeep audio components are the worst of the worst

Todd Kirst says:

Great Video! I finally got this Sub/Tweeter Kit installed and your Video was extremely helpful. These Speakers are a huge improvement compared to the Factory Speakers. I may also upgrade my Soundbar with the exact same Sub/Tweeter Kit.

Jason Waren says:

What about the driver side install?

MustNotWatch says:

Do you use self tapping screws?

Katie A says:

Thnx! Why a crossover?? What's its purpose??

JokersWild45 says:

This is a helpful video, but what you don't show is just how much of a bitch it is to get the driver's side speaker box out. No glove compartment hole to go thru on that side!

White & sons garage says:

Great video mate, definitely a good upgrade
