Reset service timer: Jaguar XF 2008-2015 Quick and clear [xf service light reset on 2012 model]

This is about as clear and concise as I can make a video on resetting the service timer. This was done on a 2012 2.2D. I have seen some videos where you have to hold for a bit longer at the end.

I get to the reset service mode showing and hold for 20+ seconds but it never gets to the next screen that shows service mode reset? Anyone else have this issue ?
