Hi sorry again, i noticed that 194 are equal to W5W bulbs. Is it correct ?

replacement bulbs are sylvania long life 194. Also check the lights before putting the dash back together, just incase there is a problem. (you have to connect the battery to check, then disconnect the battery again so no sparking when plugging things back in.) Thanks for a great video!
Hy sam, thank you very much! This could have been an all day affair, trying to figure out what was holding stuff in, feeling around for screw heads etc. Instead I did it in less than an hour! All i would add is you need a 10 mm for the battery release, 8 mm for the underside bolts, 7 mm for the instrument panel ( you said this) a phillips head for the facia plate.≈

How do you release the centre section of the dash where you have the sat nav , mine has the three dials for oil press, clock and water temp? I need to replace one of the bulbs in there.

How do you remove the wood trim panel on the r/h side of the dash? My interior is perfect except for a crack in the clear finish on that one panel. I found someone to respray it, but I need to know how to remove it without damaging it, and I don’t want to just dive in without knowing for sure.
I’ve never done it, but go to jaguarforums. I’m sure someone there has info on how to replace it. Youtube won’t let me post urls, but just add dot com to jaguarforums.

The cargo net came with the car. I bought the wind deflector from adamesh but you can get an identical one from welshent for $245.
I’ve never removed the rear view mirror, so I can’t help you there. But I know who can. Go to jaguarforums and scroll down to the XK8 section. At the top of the XK8 section you’ll see a “sticky” thread which has instructions for doing just about everything.
