Mopar14mile says:

i just used a regular OBDII scanner. it can be purchased at autozone and
they’re just about universal for modern vehicles

Gregg Camp says:

I had a IAT ( intake air temp) sensor error and can’t seem to find where
that lurks. I had cleaned my MAF and that seemed to get rid of that code. I
did get an OBD code checker, but the codes vary and it is best to get a jag
code specific table. The issues I had were also poor running and it turned
out to be a bad coil ( per the codes). These cars have a “left bank and a
right bank” when standing at the front bumper go from the bumper back
1-2-3-4. Same on the right. Different from the US way.

T. Axel Jones says:

Great video, thanks for the troubleshooting!

Joao Paulo says:

Very helpful! Thanks..

Meg Mantha says:

What kind of obd scanner did you use and do you think this scanner will fit
on a jaguar xf 2009 supercharged ?

Mopar14mile says:

the contacts were all screwed up on the old one, it had to be new. and on
supercharged cars like the xjr, blow-by often causes the maf sensor to get
damaged permanently.

AlphaDogX25 says:

You know, all you had to do is Clean the old one with Mass Air Flow Sensor
Cleaner!! you didn’t have to buy a new one to fix that!…someone just made
some EZ money off you bro..sad to say.
