Does this car take premium or regular gas?

Just changed mine this weekend, with help from your video. May I add one note please. At 2:37 on your video, you can see that the old spade connectors are 2 different sizes, as are the screw connectors on the after market replacement. I almost crimped the connectors on the wrong wires, when I noticed that the larger one goes on the ground wire, and the smaller one is the power side. Thanks again Mr Jesse for this great video

George Morfesi says:

Thank you for this video Mr Jesse. About the crash switch, does this prevent the fuel in the tanks from running out? I did not see you reset it when finished. Does it reset itself?

Say what you will about Jaguar's being unreliable but when it comes to ease of access, you can't beat this design. I miss the days when fuel pumps were mounted OUTSIDE the fuel tank so it was a snap to replace. Changing a fuel pump in the modern Jaguar X-types requires dropping the rear subframe just to get to the tank! We're talking over $1,000 just in labor costs alone. Series III? About an hour for the whole job. Sweet.

That was the first job I did on mine as it was leaking a bit. This weekend I put new headlights in and soon I will replace the high beam ones too.
