Not much space to do this on this side of the car, but possible with a little patience.
Refitting is the opposite of removal. Take around 5-10 mins first time around.
Take care not to touch the glass parts of the new bulb when fighting the replacement bulb. This can cause prematurely failure to some types of automotive bulbs. Good working practice.

heres my input as a mechanic: a much easier test for a bulb for people who dont necessarily understand resistance is to test for continuity, preferably the audible test. you might not know what a resistance reading means but a beeping is pretty definitive. if you hear a beep then the bulb is fine

I thought you had to remove the headlights and remove the bumper etc.
