Are you kidding me the stock strut towers are not strong enough and they go
into mushroom shape?
Im looking on getting new shocks just im not sure what brand to get also i
don’t want it to be bounce, because lately my mini has been bouncing a lot
and makes everything rattle just annoying. What do you recommend i don’t
want to be expense but not to cheap. I saw this Bilstein Touring Class
Shocks for $300 the whole set
What model is your Craftsman Jack? I assume its an aluminum model. Cheers

Hey i have a 2006 mini cooper and i’m wanting to lower it but the coilovers
are a bit pricey. Would there be any cheaper options, and would they
require me having to do anything else?
p.s its my first car, im 16 and therefore im all a bit new to this stuff

Thank you very informative. I am lowering my 2012 mini roadster 1.3 inches
with lowering springs. I assume the process is very similar to the one in
the video. Is an alignment necessary after I lower it?
I am lowering my mini with H&R lowering springs which bring down the ride
height about an inch and a half. How much of the bump stop do you suggest
cutting?
