where can a get the complete 2.3 intake manifold carburetor
any ’86-’87 Trooper or carb’d 2.3 pickup from like ’86-’94 or so… some
amigos were carb’d too
This is interesting surprise:) Better reliability was expected, but not
better mileage and responsiveness.
The carburetor is much more reliable, simpler and less problematic. More
responsive and better mileage..
i have a 88 isuzu troooper II that im thinking of doing this to i dont
think the fuel injection is working properly and want to know if the
carberator helped with the operation
The underside of the intake manifold on the I-TEC is a nightmare! What were
they thinking?! I removed the carbon canister, PS pump, its bracket, took
the AC compressor of its bracket, removed IT…and it’s STILL hard to tell
what the f is going on under there. I can’t wait to see how I’m gonna put
it back together, so I’m sure everything’s back where it’s supposed to be.
I’m considering adding a vacuum manifold in the hope that it’ll simplify
things (or at least make them more findable).
