…I’m beyond amazed. Are you like the new youtube competition man? I don’t
think there is any uploads this clear and thorough, seriously. This is
every DIY’ers wet dream. This is an incredibly even paced, entertaining and
extremely detailed video. Awesome job man. You should be a teacher. Cannot
tell you enough how appreciative I am man -of all your videos & i
completely discovered you by accident. Thanks.
…butter-hole..hehe.. :)

Nice- glad to see you picked a warm day. Just have to be the first to ask,
them bypass coolant hoses below the throttle body are just dickered,
there’s no way you put them on unless you were chooched . Sure would have
liked to see the diagnostic thought process in finding out how you knew the
chain jumped a tooth. Maybe a part 2 ? I figured out what you actually do
for a living besides making great auto repair vids as a hobby. Oh yeah your
completely bipolar with the butter on the crank gear, I couldn’t expect a
gynaecologist to know the difference. Next time use margarine. Thanks

No clowning around in this video. Very detailed and informative. Liked the
trick with heating the gear in the oven to expand it. The “butter sauce”
was a nice touch lol. What kind of gasket sealer do you use? It’s a lot
neater than RTV. I enjoyed this one man, make more clown videos! Thanks for
sharing.

Fantastic Video!! Now I know that my car service was to muck around with
me… Those guys were filling up my engine coolant before removing the
pump?? XD That explains why it costs me 150 smackers. How much time to you
really need to do the job? I mean is 2,5h realistic? Cant imagine there is
1hour and 45 minutes more to do as you were explaining it in this great
video! (As long as you have all parts which need to be replaced and a
trainee who is cleaning all the stuff up while youre working.) Oh by the
way,.. is there a need to change all cogwheels? Seriously,.. Im not paying
+600 for that. (And still not running engine) Thanks man this was an
eyeopener!

Good video Klowny, that was extensive. I don’t understand why GM put a
nice metal timing cover on this small v6 and a shitty plastic one on the
4.3.

neoholland says:

i hope someday you do some timing gear or gear drive install :D!!

MrSlowestD16 says:

Nifty trick there with the crank gear – never seen something slide on that
easy, shit, you’d never know it’s a press fit.
