Back top bolt only unscrews a certain amount before it just gets stuck in a infinite loop and doesn’t come out no matter how hard I pull on it on both sides. Fuck this car!
Yeah, let's not clean the caliper bracket and definitely don't grease the caliper pins! I mean, who wants to waste their time on that silly stuff!! Lol
Oh my Allah, if only I used my brain to use the caliper to compress the piston like that with the wrench!!! You’re a lifesaver hahaha, I am going to fly through changing my friend’s brake pads this Saturday
Hey Arty, Do brake pads on Infinity need to be replace more frequently than most cars? I've been reading about people needed them every 10 to 20k miles. I've also seen it on Carfax on some infinitys. thanks if you can give me an opinion on this.
You make this look so easy! Thanks for the tutorial! It's very easy to follow! I'm assuming that a 2008 g37 coupe base model would have the same steps? Also, do you have a video tutorial in tightening the e-brake? My g37 rolls down my steep driveway with e-brake. Thanks!
Once you get the caliper out don't be scared slap with a hammed it will come out it won't break then you can put a vice grip on the caliper hold down pin. And prevent it up and down till it comes out if that don't work just replace the caliper
Hey Arty, what if the caliper doesn't pivot out easily like in the video? Mine is hard to pivot and seems to be bound up and the caliper doesn't float like the other side does. This will burn up the pads. What's the solution for that?
Straight forward and simple. Not a 15min video! Thanks man and great job!
I appreciate you for this one. Infiniti asked if I wanted to change the rear brakes for 385 lol. What a rip off. Thanks again

This video is outstanding, very easy to understand, much appreciated. Do you replace the front pads the same as the rear?

Where should I put the grease on?
Wow. The master at work!
$299 for the rear brakes at the nissan stealership. Much higher at infiniti.
Nice video! Clear, concise, and easy to follow.
