this guy totally did not have to take off the fan shroud or the radiator hose in order to get to that all you had to do was Jack the car up take the splash guard off and untighten from down there it literally took 10 minutes to do that this way and nowhere near as messy

just replace the thing in the middle of the pully if you have the right size i have access to that middle thing i forgot what its called

Tension screws?! Seems like hydrualic/spring loaded tensioner (like on e46) would be preferable (no worries about under/over tightening)
