I had a bad experience at a Midas too. I saw him squirt some brake fluid under the boot of my front disc piston, then tell me the seals were leaking. I told him to let the car down from the lift and I got out of there.

There's a good video on what it takes to R&R the pistons on a late model Audi Q5. They used a lot of oil for a few years, so there was a recall. The video shows the dealer mechanic doing the job.
